What we collect, and why

We collect what you type into our forms — your name, business, email address, website and message — so we can reply to you and follow up about the thing you asked for.

That covers listing enquiries, AI Visibility Audit requests and weekly briefing sign-ups. We may follow up about related services we think are genuinely relevant to your business. Every email we send tells you how to stop hearing from us, and one reply asking us to stop is always enough.

What we don’t do

• No selling or sharing of your details with anyone else.
• No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies — this site sets no cookies at all.
• No profiling beyond the notes you give us yourself.

Where it lives and how long

Form submissions are stored on our own server in the United Kingdom and in the mailbox of the register team. We keep them while your enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. Directory listings are public business information compiled from public sources and from businesses themselves; if a listing is about your business and you want it corrected or removed, tell us and we’ll act on it.

Your rights and how to reach us

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Use any form on this site or write to the register team through the contact form. If you are unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
