Redeeming Our Communities

About

Redeeming Our Communities (ROC) is a nonprofit organisation based at The Fuse on Warburton Lane in Partington, Manchester.

It facilitates community engagement and collaboration across the UK, working with residents, local organisations, businesses, police forces and public services to build safer and stronger communities.

ROC operates a structured community transformation model involving four stages: building shared understanding of local strengths and challenges; creating space for meaningful dialogue between residents and services; supporting coordinated action around shared priorities; and measuring outcomes through digital tracking. The organisation has worked alongside 37 police forces across over 300 locations for more than twenty years.

Services include community development programmes, social enterprise support, volunteer coordination, and social impact initiatives. ROC runs community hubs, mental health and wellbeing projects, and youth safety programmes such as ROC Angels, which supports young people at events and festivals.
