Founded in 2000, the club operates from The Mike Doyle Centre and North Reddish Park, offering facilities including astroturf and grass pitches, clubhouse amenities, and catering. The club serves approximately 1,000 players across 66 teams, ranging from Soccer Tots and Soccer School sessions to open age men's and women's teams, as well as Walking Football for older players.

The club provides coached football at grassroots level with an inclusive approach welcoming all skill and ability levels. All managers hold valid DBS, FA Level 1, First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications. Teams compete in various leagues across Greater Manchester. Reddish North End FC also offers a two-year football college programme for 16-18 year olds combining professional-standard training with academic study towards qualifications, with pathways to semi-professional, professional and university football.

The club is run by volunteers and has expanded significantly since its formation, introducing girls' football in 2011 and Walking Football in 2016. It was recognised as Grounds Team of the Year at the Manchester FA Grassroots Awards 2023. Community use of facilities is actively encouraged.
