Digital Advantage is a Manchester-based charity providing digital skills training and employment support for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

The organisation delivers experiential learning programmes across the North West through schools, outreach services, and its own Digital Independent Specialist College (DISC) in Manchester city centre.

Services include the PopUp Digital Agency (a 30-hour immersive programme simulating agency work), Your Digital News Agency (training in content creation and online publishing), Blast (project-based learning for primary students), and Digital Advantage Online (modular digital skills workshops covering design, videography, podcasting and related disciplines). The charity works with 16–24 year olds and younger primary pupils, offering pre-internship and supported internship pathways alongside skills assessment and bespoke training.
